Hello everyone! I'm taking part in Runforjoel 2018 this September, a 5k run to raise money for Smile For Joel a charity set up to help victims of murder and terrorist attacks. It is an amazing charity and one that has over the past year come close to my heart, a share of this would mean the world and please donate anything if  you can!
