I will be cycling from Landsend to John O'Groats for Shine as it is a local mental health charity and I believe  everyone has either had poor mental health or knows someone who is affected with it. I myself have reached out for help in the past and I know what its like to feel stressed, anxious and just worried about everything and not in control of my emotions.
