My dad is part of the Future Rays Committee & i am supporting Rays of Sunshine by taking part in the Rays and Shine challenge over the month of October & November.

We came up with a name for my campaign called "RUN 4 RAYS" and I'm encouraging all my school friends and family to take part as i want to help children less fortunate then myself by trying to raise money to buy some of the below.

Although i'm only 6 i'm going to do my best to run 4k around my local park with my dad.

£10 - Will fund materials for a child to participate in a live interactive activity workshop (ie Balloons, Magic Kit)

£20 - Will fund an isolation pack for a seriously ill child who is receiving treatment in hospital.

£30 - Will enable us to provide care packages for Parents & NHS Staff caring for seriously ill children in hospital

£50 - Could buy a Sensory toy that will bring joy, calm nerves and improve concentration

£500 - Could fund a wellbeing wish for a seriously ill child. Sadly many children have had their wishes postponed. As soon as it is safe to grant these wishes, our wonderful wish granters will work their magic, In the meantime we are providing all wish families with treats worth up to £500 called 'Wellbeing Wishes', whilst they await fulfilment of their original wish.
