Mental Health UK is here for anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We are made up of four organisations based in each of the four nations of the UK, working together to improve mental health.

Story

Mental health affects us all and I have seen devastating effects it can have on families. I have been selected to take part in the Lloyds Banking Group signature challenge for Mental Health UK. I will be taking on the Bear Grylls survival academy for 5 days in the Scottish highlands in June 2022 to raise money for Mental Health UK. Any donations will be much appreciated.
