Good mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. 

Having worked in the NHS for the past 3 years (throughout the pandemic) and also through 3 different lockdowns, I've seen on a daily basis how everyone's mental wellbeing has been tested and as a result, I've taken the decision to both run and cycle 100 miles throughout the month of February. I'm doing this in the hope of not only raising a couple of quid for such a important and worthy charity, but to also inspire a few others to engage in some positive mind clearing exercise.

I know these are incredibly tough times for everyone, but If you can spare a pound, it will be going to an extremely worthwhile cause.
