Absolutely delighted to announce I will be running the Belfast City Marathon in support of the MS Society, a charity which is dedicated to supporting those affected by multiple sclerosis, a chronic and often disabling neurological condition 

Not many people are aware, in 2018 my sister Charlene was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis just before her sons 1st birthday. Struggling to process this diagnosis physically and mentally she had contacted the ms society for support and was offered counselling straight away to help her understand and come to terms with her diagnosis. She has also received physio therapy at the centre - all of this funded by the ms society. There is always help and support there when she needs and knows how much the ms society helps others and their families dealing with this lifelong condition

Running a marathon is a challenging and rewarding experience, but running for a cause you believe in can make it even more meaningful. By raising funds and awareness for this important cause, I can hopefully help to improve the lives of those who are living with MS and their loved ones.
