I am fundraising for Breast Cancer Now, the largest breast cancer charity in Europe funding life saving research and life changing care for everybody affected by Breast Cancer. Their aim is that, by 2050, every person who develops breast cancer will live well.  Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer in the UK with 55,000 women and 350 men diagnosed each year. It is something that can affect us all, and is a great cause to get behind. 

The money that you donate will help fund 27 research centres in the UK aiming to find a prevention and cure to this horrible disease. It will also contribute towards providing their 24/7 helpline for everybody affected and their moving forward courses; one of the services that help breast cancer patients treatment and recovery.

My trip from London to Paris will take me down to Portsmouth, across the channel to Caen, and through rural northern France to Paris. It will take 3 days, averaging at 130km and day. Having never done a long cycling trip like this I'm nervous, but I'm sure it will something I never forget.
