Frank Williams Academy project transforming the lives of spinal cord injured people through education, training, research and development.

Story

As part of a Year 6 project in school I have decided to set myself a rather big challenge. I am trying to cycle 1 km for each year my school has been in existence.  That makes 419km or nearly 260 miles, by the end of June!

All in the hope of raising money for The Frank Williams Academy.

I think this is an amazing charity, as its ambitions are EPIC!  It hopes to educate spinal cord injured people to help take back control of their own lives.  This will be done by educating lots more health and care professionals on how to provide appropriate care.  Money raised will also go towards user-lead research and raising national standards of spinal injury care.

I want others to live like Frank did, with amazing care allowing them to live out and fulfil their dreams.
