Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

I signed up for an IRONMAN (70.3) just over 2 months ago in Marbella, Spain. At the time didn't really know what I had signed up for but had 98 days to train for it. Since then it's been a crash-course in swimming, biking and running across Hong Kong. 

Mainly set up this page as so many people asked if I was raising money for anything and eventually figured if I'm going to swim, bike and run for 7+ hours, might as well do it for a good cause. All money raised will go to Prostate Cancer UK. It's one of the most common causes of death amongst males and lost my grandpa a few years ago to it (as I'm sure many others have too).
