2 years on from my brother and I completing the PHIronChallenge, I will once again be putting my body through it's paces on the 2nd of October at the London Marathon 2022 for CARE International UK in memory of my wonderful sister Katie.

Despite the blight of the pandemic in 2020 and the marathon turning 'Virtual', the PHIronChallenge raised an incredible amount for CARE and St Christopher's Hospice thanks to the kind and generous support of our amazing friends and family. These charities were very close to Katie's heart having worked at CARE for much of her career and also having received support and treatment from St Christopher's Hospice and their incredible staff during her fight against cancer.

CARE International had been kind enough to defer my place and allow me to represent them in the 'Real' London Marathon this year which has given me the fantastic opportunity to try and raise more for CARE and support the amazing work they do.

I would be truly grateful for any amount should you wish to donate. Anything beyond what you all helped us raise in 2020 would be a huge bonus and help to support a brilliant charity.
