I am back running the streets of Plymouth as part of Jeremiah's Journey's 25th Anniversary and to celebrate the occasion, they are aiming to raise £25,000 through 12 months of activities and I am doing my part to help to hit their target!

Supporting children who are facing the death of a parent or have experienced the death of someone significant, can be hugely beneficial. Children who feel more able to cope with their grief, often report that they have improved concentration at school and less difficulties in expressing and dealing with their emotions.
