Hi everyone

On 17th October I'm running the Great South Run in support of Refugee Info Bus, a charity dedicated to providing refugees with up-to-date practical, accessible multilingual information and assistance, access to the internet and phone charging.

Operating out of the UK, Northern France and Greece, they provide invaluable legal information and support as well as practical info on services available for food, clothing, access to education or employment. 

The furthest I've run is 10k, my training programme is sporadic and there's only about a month to go until the race, however, all of these obstacles are negligible compared to the difficulties faced by refugees!

Please give you what you can. Life as a refugee is one of enormous stress and precarity. Something as simple as a phone charger can be a lifeline in a world which is set on shutting you out and demeaning you.
