Story

Hi guys,

In May 2021, I will be taking on the true fear factor challenge, worthy of a place on (most) peoples bucket list - a skydive! As LSU Rag are facilitating the challenge, the money will be passed through them and onto my personal chosen charity Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG) (294841)

I have chosen this charity because growing up, money has always been a scarce resource but I was lucky enough to go to sleep on a full stomach most nights. Unfortunately, this is not the case for over 14 million children in the UK and this must come to an end. In light of recent events regarding parliament rejecting more funding for free school meals over the half-term, I've decided to do my bit to raise money. CPAG are an outstanding charity who use their best efforts to ensure no child goes hungry. https://cpag.org.uk/

Putting an end to child poverty is a very daunting task but with all the recent publicity around it, I believe we can give it a good shot and support so many less advantaged kids and families who are desperate for help. Follow me on my journey of fundraising and please do give generously to this worthy cause even if you can only spare a few quid. If you're unsure whether to donate to the cause, just imagine going to sleep tonight without any dinner, knowing tomorrow will be the same thing. And anyway, surely seeing me jump out of a plane is worth every penny! Thank you for your kindness, it is greatly appreciated.
