So as a lot of you know we unfortunately lost Conor Gosney one of our most loved friends by soo many people. He was one of the most caring, talented and funny lads out there so it breaks our hearts to see him gone. We want to do this as an awareness towards mental health in males as it’s known that men struggle to speak about how they are a feeling which without talking can lead to anything. Me, Liam, Tom and John Paul will all be running the Sheffield half marathon this year 

SUNDAY the 26th of March

 and as a group will be running in memory of Conor. Whilst wanting to run for our own reasons and to accomplish the distance we all now have an even bigger reason to complete this run because Conor would have been there on the day running with us. Conor said he wanted to run in sub 1hour 42 mins so me personally I will be pushing myself to get that time for Conor as I know that’s what he will have wanted to achieve.
