On Wednesday, 28 August I will be taking part in a fancy dress superhero treadmill run in aid of Keech Hospice Care.

In 2017-2018 the hospice had 2344 patients in their care therefore we are each running 2344m on a treadmill dressed as superheroes as we believe people who work in hospices and use their services are all heroes.
