Hi guys,

My little fella Joshua who has just turned 4 this September will be cycling to Caerleon with myself from Fourteen locks (6 miles) to help raise funds for St David's Hospice Care, who provide a range of palative care services which is very close to home.

Such charities are struggling to obtain the usual required funding needed to keep them running, due to the obvious restrictions..
