I’m Josi and my plan is the run the Amazing Northampton Run in Aid of the CF trust. The CF trust have supported my family so much over the past year and they have also helped so many more.

My son Archie has CF. This means we, like many other families with CF children, have to go to 3 monthly reviews where we see a specialist nurse, specialist, consultant, child psychologist, dietician and a physio.

Archie regularly has antibiotics prescribed to protect his lungs from infection and to get rid of infections that wouldn’t normally affect other children.

I will keep everyone updated on my training progress here. I will be running fundraising events in my local community as well as online.
