Story

You've reached my JustGiving page!

I’m running the London Marathon for the amazing charity - Diabetes UK. If you can support me through any level of donation I'd be eternally grateful!

Through training and running the marathon I’m raise awareness of type 1 Diabetes, because my brother was diagnosed in his early teenage years and the daily management of the disease effects thousands of people around the U.K.

Diabetes UK are driving incredible research into this disease and with recent groundbreaking technology, their work is bringing incredible results. I hope to see a cure for Type 1 diabetes in my lifetime, until then, Diabetes UK are trying to make available the FreeStyle Libre blood sugar management sensor across the U.K (a new and innovative piece of technology that changes type 1 diabetics lives), and your donations will go a long way to making this happen.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
