Fifteen years ago, a beautiful, bright and incredibly funny friend of mine killed herself. 

This challenge is for her and to support anyone who may be feeling in a dark place.

Although this challenge might not seem a great deal to the super-fit, I am certainly not in this category, and have never been a jogger in my life, so it will definitely be a significant challenge for me! And it's one that really matters to me.
