Norwood is a cause that supports children with a range of disabilities and difficulties and their families. It is a cause I have been supporting for a long time, and when you talk to the families and young people that Norwood helps one of the things that always strikes me is how through Norwood peoples lives have quite literally been turned around from having little hope, to having the support that they so very much need. 

Those who know me well know a running challenge is a good one for me, and a marathon is one I hadn't done yet.
