On the 10th August 2019, my Mum was diagnosed with stage 3 multiple myeloma, a rare form of blood cancer. 

Before then, I hadn’t even heard of this type of cancer. I then went on to find out there is unfortunately no cure for this debilitating disease. Ever since she was diagnosed, Myeloma UK have been an incredible support to me and my family providing information booklets and helpful advice. I would love to be around when myeloma is made history and a cure is found, which is what Myeloma UK hope to achieve.
