OCD Action's vision is of a society where Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is better understood and diagnosed quickly, where appropriate treatment options are open and accessible, where support and information are readily available and where nobody feels ashamed to ask for help.

Story

Hi everyone.

On Monday February 15th (the first day of OCD Action's Week of Action) I will be doing 24 very different miles in 24 hours.

As part of the 'I Did My Mile' fundraising campaign taking part that week I have decided to do 24 different types of miles throughout the day. One will be climbing a mile, one will be carrying weights for a mile, one will be carrying a human for a mile...and many more

The aim being to show, as with the event, my OCD takes many different forms and is often changing. Walking a mile in my shoes with my own OCD is very different from the next person with OCD, I hope this week can prove that, raise some funds for a great charity that provide support and services to sufferers of one of the most debilitating conditions on earth and hopefully have some fun on the way.

Thank you so much for sponsoring, sharing, and hopefully joining me on your own mile? Sign up and get sponsored!

Thank you, JP.
