On September 15th I'm running the Bristol Half Marathon in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support who provide physical, financial and emotional support to those affected by Cancer. I've been privileged to witness their work and it is truly inspiring. 

I'm asking for contributions of no more than £ 5 but am asking that as many people as possible share  this page on their social media accounts to spread the word as widely as possibly and raise awareness of the work Macmillan do .
