Story
During the past few years, dear friends have been affected by bowel cancer. I have shared journeys, read their journeys, cried, loved. They have shown courage and I am in awe how brave and courageous their lives have been during such a difficult time.
My very small contribution, is to "complete" a few challenges that I am hoping will inspire people to support Bowel Cancer UK.
I have entered these challenges using my own money, so all donations will go directly to Bowel Cancer UK.
£1, £10, £100, £1000 anything would help the research in combating this.
My challenges include:
Prudential 100 (100 mile bike) May 29
Grafman 1/2 Ironman (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 1/2 marathon)- 5 June
Ironman UK (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, marathon) - 3 July
Big Half (1/2 marathon ) - 4 Sept
London Marathon - 2 October.
If you are able to help out in anyway, we will be grateful.
Here is a statement from Bowel Cancer UK:
