My journey with NOBTS started in 1982, about a year after I met a friend-of-a-friend who stole my heart and shared my passion for ministry. Allen was already a seminary student and, because I knew God had called me to walk alongside him, I joined him in preparing for the years ahead. Now, after masters' degrees, doctorates, and more than two-and-a-half decades of teaching, we're back in the local church, humbly serving an amazing congregation and a BIG God!

I'm supporting the work of students at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Leavell College on this Giving Tuesday because I benefitted from others' support all those years ago. What if 100 friends gave $20 each ... or 50 friends gave $40 ... or 20 friends gave $100?

Before I get side-tracked by any more math, I want to invite you to join me to give towards the work performed at this Christ-centered seminary and college. The overall goal is $200,000 but, thankfully, someone's already offered a matching gift of $100,000, so we get to focus on the difference our smaller contributions can make.
