I'm training hard...cycled to Oxford last week and do 5 hills minimum  alternate days. New bike is great. Yesterday I visited Quaker Social Action: it's thoroughly accountable & brilliantly innovative .Last year it supported 3,294 people directly and trained 194 professionals.
