Page set up to recieve donations in memory of our mother, Jude. We would like to split the donations between St David’s Hospice and Mind. Mam battled with her mental health the majority of her life but St David’s allowed us to be together as a family at home in her final days. This meant so much to Mam, as well as to myself, Laura and Gran. Mam was the most kind, gererous and brave person any of us will ever know. She would be so proud and happy to be able to give to these two charities.
