The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

General fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income.

I am a member of The League Against Cruel Sports (LACS) who campaign to see an end to the unnecessary cruelty and suffering that greyhounds experience. LACS provide (FREE of charge) the leaflets that I hand out outside betting shops to tell people the truth about greyhound racing and how the dogs are exploited from birth to death to make money.

As you know we adopted Art in March 2019 - a lovely ex racer from Ireland.  He is gentle, sociable, loving and sensitive.  Art is one of the lucky ones, many don’t make it out of the racing industry.

If you can, please donate to my 2.6 challenge that I will be completing by Friday 8th May (my 51st birthday).
