Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

World Encephalitis Day is fast approaching (February 22nd) and we have planned a local litter pick on Sunday 21st February to raise funds for the Encephalitis Society. The little ones will join in and hopefully as well as having a positive impact on the environment, we will raise money for a cause close to my heart!

Encephalitis means inflammation of the brain and is a devastating neurological illness with often severe consequences for those affected. The Encephalitis Society do amazing work to support people and their families affected by encephalitis and also have an active role in research and raising the much-needed awareness about this disease. Sponsor us and you can help make a difference!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Encephalitis Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.

Julia, Paul, Sofia, and Maya xx
