Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am a keen runner who has always had a dream to run the most iconic marathon... LONDON ... but I've always been unsuccessful in the ballot year after year 😭. The Foundation announced they had secured a place in the London Marathon  (deferred to 2019) but how to decide who was going to represent them?? A raffle of course! I never win anything, but .... I won!!!! I never in a million years thought I'd be the lucky one drawn out of the hat. I feel so unbelievably lucky and proud to representing such a wonderful charity whilst doing something that I love!

The Thomas Theyer Foundation, based in my hometown of Chapel-en-le-Frith, was set up following the devastating loss of their son Thomas who had also discovered a love for running. The charity helps children and young people with additional needs to undertake outdoor activities. They also provide the opportunity for breaks for the children and their families/carers. 

I hope you will agree this is a wonderful cause and I will be eternally grateful if you support me in raising as much money as I can for them over the next few months.
