We provide specialist care and education to support autistic young people

Story

Growing up with a sister with severe learning difficulties has made me acutely aware of how hard the fight can be. The fight to get the best care and support for any young person can be utterly exhausting. A dear friend of mine, Matt Robinson and his fabulous wife Suzanne, have fought a battle many parents are lucky enough not to. Their beautiful boy Zac has complex autism. He needs 24 hour care to keep him safe and well. Matt and Suzanne fought with everything they had in order to get Zac a place at Prior's Court. They knew it was the best place for Zac.

Prior's Court are experts in supporting young people severely challenged by their autism. They are some of the most vulnerable young people in the country owing to the complexity of their needs. It is Prior’s Court’s ambition to help build a brighter, more independent future for these young people. They want them to have opportunities to experience the things that others take for granted.

Running the Virtual Marathon is something I never thought I would do. After completing the Edinburgh Marathon in 2019 I swore I would NEVER EVER do another one.......and here I find myself training hard to complete this huge challenge. Without the crowds to spur me on it'll be grit, determination and the knowledge that children like Zac will benefit from your donations.

Please please dig deep and help me raise as much as possible for Prior's Court.

Thank you :)
