We (John, Caroline, Keith and myself completed the walk around Stanborough Lakes today. It was a beautiful morning, breezy, colourful - Autumn no longer a hint in the air. We remembered Beryl and shared our memories. We also remembered others.

On 21 September a group of friends and dancers from Hertford Folk Dance Club will be walking to remember Beryl Dymock - our friend, fellow dancer and regular caller.

Personally, I have known Beryl since 1998 through dance at Hertford Folk Dance Club and Roundabouters in Stevenage.

When she passed away, I was unable to attend her funeral due to a back injury, donations were requested for the Isabel Hospice and this organized walk will be a good way to get together and remember, doing another thing Beryl loved - walking. We will also raise funds for one of the many causes she supported.
