As anyone who knew Julia, she was a huge cat lover.  Julia rented a room in a house in Leeds after finishing university and starting work.  The owners had 2 huge cats and Julia was smitten.   Once she moved into her own house she rescued a cat of her own and from then on always had cats.  Her last addition chose her and her home for his owner and home!

We have therefore chosen Cats Protection as one of 3 charities close to Julia’s heart to support in her memory following her tragic untimely death..
