Four Fab gals from CrossFit Funk (Bella, Jen, Julia and Nao) will be taking part in a gruelling day of fitness, BATTLE CANCER LONDON, on 16th October, to raise money for The Michael Sobell Hospice, a charity close to the team's heart. The day of 4 intense , sweaty workouts aims to raise money and awareness for Cancer Charities across the country. According to Cancer Research UK, 1 in 2 people will get cancer in their lives - it affects so many people, which is why supporting people with cancer and their families is so important. Any donations - even the change you'd spend today on a coffee, would be so appreciated and will go towards giving families support and care at incredibly difficult times. We also pledge that for EVERY POUND RAISED we will do 1 BURPEE as a team, with video evidence of course provided. So get those donations in - if you want to see us (Julia) do thousands of burpees!
