Cancer is a disease that used to affect 1 in every 3 of us, now more and more people are facing tough battles to overcome this terrible illness.  

Many people close to me have had to go through the battle with cancer, some have lost their fight, however some have overcome it and some also currently living with it and this is thanks to the research and new treatments that are constantly becoming available to us all.   

We shouldn't have to face this fight, however it is comforting to know that each year, more and more people are surviving which is why I want to raise £1000 for this brilliant charity. 

Those of you that know me well, know that this is very close to my heart, hence why I will be pushing myself to complete 100km on my static bike, every week until my 50th birthday in June; hopefully hitting my 3000km target. 

Please help me to hit this target and raise £1000, even if you can only spare a small amount.
