Over the weekend of the 14th-16th September I will be saddling up to ride the 240miles from Paris to London in aid of the Shooting Star Children's Hospice.

As you can read from the paragraph on the left, the Shooting Star Children's Hospice does really amazing work to help young people and their families deal with circumstances which are unimaginable for most of us.

With no long-term funding they rely heavily on private donations to maintain their stauts so please dig deep and sponsor me.

I promise to provide photos of lycra-clad, middle-aged men huffing and puffing their way up hills for your enjoyment.
