Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I am completing this year's 10K Marathon du Malton, but opting to walk the course wearing eye condition simulation glasses.  These demonstrate the many conditions which cause sight loss and at varying degrees.  I will have my friend with me to act as my sighted guide as I find my way across Malton

As the Chief Officer of Sight Support Ryedale, I meet many people with little or no vision.  Sight Support Ryedale offers support and advice to help those living with sight loss to live full and independent lives.  I am completing the Marathon du Malton wearing the 'Sim Specs' to raise awareness and highlight the difficulties that people living with sight loss experience every day.
