My gorgeous husband, John, was taken from us far too soon on 31st May 2012. 

Thanks to the wonderful, dedicated staff at Sam Beare Hospice, his final days were spent pain free and we were once again blessed with his beautiful smile, which had been sadly missing for so long. I will be eternally grateful to Sam Beare Hospice for all the kindness and consideration they showed, not just to John, but to myself and the other members of the family.

Please help us to raise as much as possible, so they can continue with the wonderful work they do, not only in the hospice but out in the community as well.
