As most of you know , I participated in last years London To Paris, a tough 3 day cycling endurance event, 330 miles over 3 days with no long lunch breaks of wine and cheese. I was so inspired by the charity riders all around me that this year we have gone one better and entered our very own Futures For Kids team. I asked many people to do this event with me and funnily enough only 3 others accepted the challenge, Andrew Stone,John Frewin and Stephanie Sutherland.As a team we are yet to train together although we are training, Stephanie in Peru, John in Spain and Andy and I in Tunbridge Wells.......

The FFK team in our splendid FFK kit ( thank you ICAP) will set off on the 25th June and we will give it our best effort.It will not be pretty, it will not be easy and it will not be without comedy crashes, pouring rain and a few tears ( and that's just Andy).

So please would you be so kind , one last time ( as I am not doing this again ) to sponsor us and help raise funds for FFK , a wonderful and agile charity who only this week were able to send funds direct to 2 charities in Nepal for life saving work. We are so proud to represent FFK so please lets make the effort worth it.
