I am swimming every week from November to Feb in just my cossie to raise funds for a charity very dear to my heart. You all know why!! I have also rallied over 200 other swimmers to join me. We are calling our challenge the Frostbite Challenge. If you can spare a £1 or two I would be grateful.

Cold water swimming is challenging but so great for your mental and physical health. You should try it!!
