This Sunday I was supposed to be doing the Tour de Gwent bike ride raising much needed funds for St David's Hospice. Because of all the cancelled events this year they are losing over £3.5 million in revenue.

So Instead I am taking part in the virtual Tour de Gwent. This will be on a turbo trainer in my back garden or garage depending on the weather. 

I am new to this turbo trainer lark so it will be my longest ride by far on it!
