So we fancied a change from the usual dressing up, cake baking and raffle prize purchasing and was challenged by Michael to do something more adventurous.  Plus he's paid.  So here goes ...... SPLAT!

Julie's Story

In May 1995 I lost my mom to Breast Cancer after a 5 year battle. Then in May 1998 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer myself for which I needed surgery followed by chemotherapy the a month of radiotherapy. Finally at the end of March 1999 I finished the treatment and started taking Tamoxifin for 5 years .During this time I met and also lost many friend's going through the same as me and still today am touched with friends who are going through the treatment at the moment. I have now been in remission for 20 years.

Sam and myself have taken to fund raising for many years for Breast Cancer Now but this year we have been challenged to do something more adventurous and Sam felt like  volunteering us for a Tandem Sky Dive on the 9th June. So Please dig deep we need to raise least £800 for this very worthy cause
