NHC Acccess to HE Course Staff Sleep-out · 17 December 2021

Herts Young Homeless (hyh) focus is on preventing youth homelessness. Our services include education in schools, family mediation and supporting 16-24 year olds in their first homes. We empower young people to be able to deal with difficult situations in their lives and ultimately find stability.

Our 2021-22 Access to HE students voted to support Herts Young Homeless this year. Our fundraising starts with staff members (Julie, Aimie, and Mike)  sleeping out on the 17th December.  No tents. Just cardboard. 

We hope our students-and others-will generously donate in support of this great local charity. Herts Young Homeless(hyh) was established in 1998 and supports vulnerable young people in Herts. Working alongside other agencies, this charity operates on three strategic areas: 

*Prevention & Early Intervention

*Crisis Intervention 

*Independent Living Support
