On September 29th, I will be taking part in the Ben Nevis Challenge in memory of our very special friend Sian, who so sadly lost her fight to cancer in June.

Sian was an amazing person, strong to the end, still maintaining her fantastic sense of humour and still thinking of others before herself. Truly inspirational and missed so much by all her family and friends.

Throughout her illness she never complained and was so keen to raise money for the charities that helped her and she strongly believed in.

I hope that by doing the Ben Nevis challenge we will be able to raise money to help one of those charities.
