The JPK Project's aims and objectives are to provide a Residential Centre for people with a learning disability in Eastbourne. When established it will include 24 En Suite Bedsitting Rooms to allow for privacy and independence but will also include communal rooms for social interaction. It will also include practicial training and work experience and continued learning on site.

Story

A note from Jill Parker, Julie's aunt and JPK Project coordinator:

The JPK Project would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Julie and Tim for their enormous generosity in requesting donations, for The JPK Project, which has been formed as a registered charity to provide a much needed Supported Living Centre for people with a learning disability, rather than in receiving Wedding Presents.

As you can imagine, when I learnt of their magnanimous decision I was totally overwhelmed and could not believe, at this very special and life changing occasion for them, that they were considering others who are less fortunate.

I should like to extend my grateful thanks to you for supporting their wishes and in turn the JPK Project.

Julie and Tim are two very special people and they deserve life long health and happiness together, whereby, I am confident, that they will bring joy to all they meet, through their selfless and generous approach to life.
