I started cycling last year with a friend and as a typical coach said we need a goal to help us focus on getting fit and sticking to it. I'd heard about the Coast 2 Coast but didn't relise until later how hilly it is, so suggested we do and while doing it raise money for a good cause. There are 3 of us cycling this challenge in September. 

I have chosen Age Uk Rotherham as my charity as old age can be very difficult, for health reasons, or it may be loneliness often not speaking to any one for days, or just generally not having any one to help them with their day to day challenges. Age Uk do some great things that really make a difference for old people. 

Thank you for helping me to help Age Uk Rotherham make a life a little easer for a few more older people.
