Myself and Nicole will be taking part in The Great North Run on Sunday 12th September, in aid of St Catherine's Hospice, a charity close to our hearts.

We all know of someone who has benefited from the impeccable care the hospice provides and as there is still no cure for Cancer, MND and other life shortening illnesses, raising funds to enable sufferers are granted a dignified, peaceful and comfortable passing is all we can do.

Any donations, however small to support this worthy cause will be greatly appreciated.
