Story
Why am I doing this gruelling challenge? Well I have just become a trustee of Ormiston Childrens and Famillies Trust and I like to lead and support from the front so when asked to take part I said 'yes'. That said this is one challenge where you will probably find me flagging in the middle!
I have started training; today (14/2/13) I went to my first ever spinning class - for the uninitiated that is a cycling class at the gym; not the slower activity of making balls of wool ! It was energetic - I leaked lots of perspiration but I am sure it will help me get fitter.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page your support will really help to give me the motivation to complete this challenge and overcome the blisters and sadddle sores!
So please dig deep as no donation is too small.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
PS As my training progresses I will add text and photos to this blog - so please come back and take a look at my progress.
