Were asking you to Stride for Stroke, one step for each of the 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK. The 1.3 million steps challenge works out at 10,000 steps a day for 130 days. Take on the challenge today!

Story

There are 1.2 million stroke survivors living in the UK. I'm taking on the Stride for Stroke challenge and walking 100km through the month of May to raise funds and help provide support for those in need.

By the time I’ve completed this walk, it will be exactly 1 year since my husband had a stroke. His uphill battle since June last year is over and above me walking 100km!

With the help he’s received, he has gone from suddenly not being able to walk, and  left sided weakness, to being able to return to work within 7 months! He’s amazing!

It’s been a hard year for us both throughout Covid 19, and is 1 step forward, 2 steps back, so please help us by donating to my just giving page to help others overcome hurdles from such a debilitating illness
