Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

Emily and Kimberly take to the sky in support of dementia action week to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer's Society. 

Together we work in the heart of the community supporting individuals in their own home, with bespoke packages of care we support individuals to remain living in their beloved home safely, and happily. 

We aim to create happiness daily, and deliver outstanding care and passion to those we care for. We'll never stop caring, it's natural. 

We support many individuals and their families at home whom are living their dementia journey, and we'd like to give a little bit more back that just support. We want to raise awareness and funds that can be used to support the Alzheimer's Society in their hard work. 

Emily jumped for Alzheimer's Society last year, she did this in aid of all of the service users supports, their families and her grandad.
This year Emily will still jump for all of her service users that she cares for, but she will also be jumping in memory of her Grandad whose journey sadly came to an end in 2020. #thefightwillgoon
